We're convinced you're going to love your new FFS razor, however, if you have any problems with your product and subscription, please email us at info@ffs.co.uk. As we offer free delivery, unfortunately we are not able to offer a free returns service, unless your razor is faulty.

Please return all items to the address below with your order confirmation number. We encourage that you use a recorded delivery service, as any lost items cannot be reimbursed.
